What lies ahead in 2025 for Asia Concierge

10.01.2025 – Asia Concierge’s vision to celebrate and live the art of travel design continues unabated in 2025.

Constantly planning, creating, innovating and setting new benchmarks for ourselves, means we have a lot to look forward in the coming year.

Not one to follow or accept ‘the norm’, we thrive on challenging ourselves and, ultimately, improving our offerings and the guest experience. As tourism flourishes across the Asia region there is more need to pair things back, refresh and reenergise rather than grow volume based on what we know works. That just leads to complacency. So look out for new product, new enhancements, new areas to explore or revisit old areas in a different light. Asia is constantly evolving and we want our clients to experience the best of the best and feel they are seeing and experiencing something that is carefully designed and delivered without the contrived elements of tourism that so often plagues our industry.

Below is a preview of some of the things we are working for release this year but is by no means a complete list, as there will be plenty of surprises along the way!

As tourism in the region expands and develops, most of us yearn for a travel experience ‘BEYOND’ the commercial centres and main tourist draw-cards. We have therefore carefully researched and created a series of select journeys that best represent another side of Asia ... an Asia that will enrich a trip with memories, an experience and an education.

Available in both print and digital format, ‘BEYOND’ has been designed with a vintage look and feel and is about travelling with style, a degree of comfort but, at the same time, being out of ones comfort zone to formulate a travel experience that is filled with insights and exchanges that will prove to be the highlight of your guest’s stay in this enigmatic region.

‘BEYOND’ will be released at the end of January.

‘Ultimate’ is a new brochure/program dedicated to the growing interest in Asia for private jet travel. We have created a range of discreet and distinguished travel programs that meet the needs and expectations of exceptional service and exclusive experiences on the ground, together with our recommended partners for private air craft charters and operations.

‘Ultimate’ will be released in Q3.

We have a newly designed and updated Corporate Profile to go to market in April. And whilst it allows our clients to put a face to a name and be introduced to the management teams and our internal network, the product piece is more focused towards what we can do for you, as a client, and where we can add value to your guest offerings and experiences in Asia.



As anyone who already works with us knows, at Asia Concierge we are all about the finer touches and the details that make a difference to the guest experience. To that extent we continue to create and produce ‘enhancements’ where appropriate. These range from hand crafted thank you cards or notes to inspire the curiosity seeker, through to our own confectionery selection offered to guests, branded as ‘Asia Assortments’, or bento style snack/lunch boxes to break up those longer road journeys.

As our China company grows its portfolio of experiences and immersive travel programs in a post pandemic world, we look towards Asia’s frontier - the mighty plains, mountains and cultural landscape of Mongolia. For those looking for an adventure in style and one that is far removed from the commercial centres of South East Asia, our soft expeditionary ‘Take the High Road’ travel program is one to put on the radar for delivery in Q2. It promises to be exceptional.

In terms of sales presence, our executive team will be on the road consistently throughout the year meeting partners, clients and associates across all the key regions. Look out for us at the Internova Plus event in Florida, AIME in Melbourne, on the road on the East and West Coast of the States, throughout Mexico, back to Florida for LE Miami, exclusive industry events in London and other areas of the UK, and then the back to back events of PURE, ILTM America, Further East, Do Not Disturb and IMEX America for the latter half of the year.
