On the odd occasion a hotel restaurant shows up in the guides but, for the most part, it is all about the experience outside the hotel itself. And its not all fine dining, as this alone would denounce the delights found in the small, local family restaurants or the long regarded mainstays that continue to serve up a delicious range of local dishes that define the location of ones visit.
