As with many, Hoang’s first foray in tourism began with guiding for both International and Vietnamese guests throughout the country on lengthy overland programs. His travels in this capacity had also taking him through other parts of Asia and Europe.
Since 2006, Hoang worked for a reputable inbound operator as Inbound Manager that paved the way for widening his skill set and exposure to international tourism.
In 2014, he was recruited by Abercrombie & Kent in Vietnam as their operations manager as the company built their portfolio of luxury travel, private jet and cruise operations in country.
Having a passion towards the natural world and sustainable farming practices Hoang stepped out of “his safety zone” in late 2019 and moved to a small village in the central highland area of Vietnam surrounded with the K’ho hill tribe and set up a second home, which served him well during the two years the country was closed.
Moving back to the city in early 2022 Hoang was eager and excited to learn of Asia Concierge’s plans and vision and has since been recruited to direct and lead our operational experience throughout the country.

A dawn of a new decade upon Chung’s graduation from high school and subsequent studies at the University of Ho Chi Minh City’s tourism department saw him move into the hospitality industry and work his way up to lead overland tour groups for various well-regarded travel companies in the country.
A decade long tenure under the existing management team of Asia Concierge saw Chung diversify his position to take on lead tour director roles for a number of prestigious Universities from the United States as well as corporate businesses and special interest groups that required more management and leadership attributes from a normal guide role.
fter fifteen years of leading overland travel programs in Vietnam, there is not much Chung has not seen, done and experienced but, besides his extremely competent tour leader skills and knowledge, it is Chung’s banter and light humour that endears most visitors to this fine ambassador of Vietnam.
